Debonairs Pizza Sasol North Reef — Restaurant in Gauteng

I have been a loyal customer of this Debonairs branch for a very long time – you can check my details by putting in my number. What I cannot understand is why I have to wait over an hour for a pizza when I live only 3 minutes away and pay the full delivery fee. Instead of delivering nearby orders first, your drivers go all the way across Bedfordview before coming back to me.

This makes no sense, and frankly, it’s unacceptable. I’ve experienced this problem multiple times, and I usually let it go, but enough is enough. It feels unfair, careless, and shows a complete lack of consideration for your loyal customers. If this is how deliveries are prioritized, it’s a very poor system – and it leaves me questioning why I should keep supporting this branch.

P.S. My pizza arrived 1 hour and 25 minutes after I placed my order – completely cold, disappointing, and nowhere near worth the money I paid. This is not the standard I expect...

Ordered a 3 cheeses pizza for my daughter as I have done many times before and when I opened the box after the driver delivered we discovered it is covered in chillies!!!!

Phoned the store and the extremely rude lady tells me it isn't a Chilli but when I ate a piece my mouth burnt!

Drove to the store, first the woman behind the counter is standing there chewing gum with her mouth open and then the store manager is just as rude and continually demanded that I say please and practically beg them to remake the pizza which they didn't even do!!

The other 2 pizzas are tasteless and disappointing. Definitely won't be seeing me...

This store needs to close, because what they are offering cannot be considered goods or a service, and should fall under the category of an inconvenience store. Support them at your own peril. We are 2 minutes away from a store that takes an 1 and a half hours to deliver.... Not once, not twice, but three times. And that's the charm isn't it, because now I will be supporting someone else in the future. Ordering in store wasn't much better unless surly, miserable, disinterested people are a turn on, you will only be disappointed. Good bye sasol mintys debonairs and...
