If I were forced to give this place a star it would be a waiter that apologised after the manager was beyond rude to me. Upon enquiring about the wifi password- the waiter was unsure andwanted to walk away (with my device to ask the bartender or manager), but I need my phone- so I said find out first what the password is and come back- what came back was the manager/owner that thought it wise to talk AT me very loudly that if I don't give him my phone I can't get the wifi password... out of the hundreds of ways to ask me to put it in my phone or coming to my table and explaining this is how he decided to do it this way. Absolutely terrible food . The steak was very tough , no taste , we order pizza for take away and found baby coachroaches coming out the pizza . Not recommend anyone to eat there , replying to your response about messing your waiter by ordering the steak and then canceling the order is due to the tasteless tough thin steak , secondly your waiter service was shocking by leaving empty glasses and plates on the table and serving over women instead of serving from the middle of the table , thirdly when getting our money back from you , you blamed the butcher next door by saying they full of cochroaches. . I took my dad for lunch today,icebein on special for R95.00,we ordered 2 castle light drafts and the special,the icebein came,I really wish I could take a Photo of it, burned and sooooo small we had no choice but to send it back,the African manager came there with a biiiig attatude and Soooo disrespectful,we asked her to change the order as we would try something else instead,she told us in a way NO we will find a nother problem and return the food again and that we will waste her food,point is it was shocking and I have a lot off friends going there, highly disappointed 😞 and rude manager can't believe it as I'm in the...
