5 Star rating for terrible food and dismal service. Your Gezina branch truly prides itself on customer dissatisfaction.

The order took an hour and a half to arrive and it was cold. When the food finally did arrive, the driver and manager were a lovely combination of rude and apathetic.

One would think that would warrant an apology of sorts? Or dare I say some accountability?

No, the Gezina Fish Aways innovative client service strategy is to blame the customer for ordering from them in the first place!

I must have missed the memo with Mr Hele’s new directive, but for those that don’t know:

The customer is always wrong. Who do they think they are for ordering from us? How dare they expect a semblance of customer service? If you want warm food that’s delivered on time, go to Fish and Chips Co. The bar is already the ground, your job is to lower it!

IF YOU WANT TO WAIT LONG AND GET UNPLEASANT FOOD, THIS IS THE PLACE... Actions are louder than words @OWNER

Took a crunchy sharing meal.. Waiting 50 min and I was waiting for the veg pops (ended up being raw) Large rice (ended up being smaller size than the Medium chips and the rice had no flavour and over cooked) Hake strips (burnt) Medium chips (can say it was a small portion and pale white) Small hake (burnt) Veggie pops (I got a mix of veg and fish pops.. PS:The fish pops tasted old and was un-eatable) Tartar sauce (BITTER)

Food was cold, waited almost an hour... They price a paid and what I received wasn't what I expected and I got home and saw this ..😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I can't go back, don't live close and don't want to wait another hour just for pale white chips

Placed an online order 2 hours ago with fishaways gezina . Phoned numerous times just to be told the driver is lost or stuck in traffic or new and doesn't know the area. They refused to cancel my order. Received my order 2h15 after ordering and what a dissapointment- they definitely won't get an order from me ever again. A few pieces of calamari strips for R 96.00 what a rip off. The prawnpops tasted like old oil - Just to update - the owner posted as if they care about the customer but to date no one from Fishaways has contacted me or offered an apology. They will never see me again THE WORST...
