I usually order from them and never an order less than R500 worth. 2 weeks ago the order i recieved was incorrect. I ordered lamb dhalgose and rice as 1 of my selections only to get home and find i got plain dhall i sent the girl who is running the shop pictures and was told i can fetch my refund or the correct meal. Today i asked her to make my order 2 breyani instead and i would pay the difference. I was told it cannot be substituted. I then placed the order for breyani and collection of my lamb dhalgose and rice. I get to the shop only to get told i cannot pay with cash thereafter the girl accepts but doesnt have my full change, i tell her its okay. Then i get told the manager Dharshnie declined adding the rice to the meal that i initially was not even given. For a R10 portion of rice they have just lost a good customer service together with an airline i order for people. Dharshnie did not take my call it shows there is no integrity or thought process. It was me that was disappointed with not receiving my original order, it was me that was inconvenienced to still drive there again and be refused a R10 portion of rice. Fact of the matter is i paid for a meal with rice and never got the curry to go with the rice..and still management disappoint further. Embarrassing to have such people in managerial positions with spite and no genuine customer service skills. Pathetic actually will never support people like this....

I had the lamb quarter bunny chow. It was honestly the worst bunny I’ve ever had. I knew it was going to be bad the moment I opened the takeaway packaging.

That wasn’t curry — it was a soupy mess with a couple of chillies thrown in and a sad waste of lamb (actually more like mutton).

I don’t recommend it at all. I even went back two days later just to tell them how bad it was.

I’ve been struggling to find a decent bunny in JHB, but this one takes the prize for being the absolute worst. Trash. They must stop insulting the bunny chow and Durban...

No manager or owner in site, staff don't care about customers. Waited ages for someone to appear behind the counter after they were located wandering around the parking lot. On top of that, I called in my order 32 mins before I arrived and none knew about my order. I had to prove that I did call, I not only showed them my call log BUT my call ALSO appeared on their phone! I got blank looks. I called one of the owners who only said "sorry about that".
