Iâve been a regular customer for around five years and have often brought friends along. The food and service used to be excellent, in fact, the owner would sometimes offer complimentary pieces of cake as a kind gesture to frequent customers, which I always appreciated.
Unfortunately, Iâve noticed a decline in both food quality and service over recent visits. On one occasion, I even paid in full but left the food unfinished.
Today, I stopped by for my usual cappuccino, but the foam appeared off. I mentioned it politely, suggesting it might be an issue with the milk or the machine, and simply expected a replacement made to the usual standard. Instead, the manager came over and implied the problem was because I had left the coffee too long, despite the fact it had only just been served.
I was quite taken aback to be blamed rather than having any effort made to resolve the issue. For context, I always order two cappuccinos during my visits, so Iâm very familiar with how theyâre normally prepared.
Given the managerâs attitude and the overall decline in quality, I regret to say I wonât be returning. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that itâs taken constructively, as this used to be one of my...

Quite pleasant especially for those who are looking for a sugar friendly caffeine alternative. You can select which prints you would like on your hot beverages as well as provide a picture. Our waiter, Prosper, recommended a platter of the sharing plates which consisted of chicken schwarma, chips and a garlic dip. Plates of plain hummus, hummus with beef, tabouleh salad. Falafel plate, which has a hummus dip and tahini, gherkins, slices of tomato, chillies. Flatbread, deconstructed beef scwharma plate with chips, gherkins, tahini and hummus. Fresh and Scrumptious. For dessert we ordered a lotus cake and coconut fruit cake. We were full so we had the coconut cake as a takeaway. Packaged in a little box that completely folds down to allow you to easily access the individually wrapped cake slice which is perfectly...

This is the original branch of the Coffee shop/Bakery. The menu is quite extensive and has a lot of options for Breakfast/Brunch/Hot Beverages/Cakes/Non Alcoholic Drinks.
The restaurant is completely Halal and has some Lebanese dishes as well. Service is good and food comes out quickly. Tried two Lebanese dishes, coffee and crepe cake. And all the dishes were quite flavorful with the Lebanese sausage stir fried with onions and peppers as the standout meal.
On the day I visited, it was cold and so I chose to sit inside. The inside section is small and was quite loud as there were quite a lot of people in the small space. But on a nice warm day you can make use of the outside space where there should not be any issues. The shop is located with other businesses including a branch of Book Dealers where you can find some interesting reads. I would definitely recommend supporting them as well while you enjoy your...
