I know I'll get the same generated copy of a reply as anyone else from this place, but this review isnt for them, its for the public and to avoid them from disappointment... Quite frankly its the worst branch i have ever been to. I called to place an order for collection to save me time, which took 4 attempts because they kept answering and all i could hear is them talking to one another and not to me. 15 mins later i go in, and the guy behind the till asks me to confirm my order, and straight after instructs his colleague to make it. I asked if its not been done and his response with a smirk on his face was no, because they forgot to tell them. Its a joke to the brand...

Been here twice and the second time (even though I wasn't late) they were kind enough to make my smoothie 15 minutes before close along with a burger. The Normal Burger has to be the most delicious burger I've ever had and I'm willing to pit it against any other burger for a lactose intolerant person. It's just wholesome.

Anyway, Sergio was a champ and Mr William was very kind in using a blender he'd just finished cleaning to make my smoothie (also lactose free).

Considering I was in the thick of loadshedding, one might say the wonderful trio (didn't get the lady's name who made the burger) saved my life.

First I order the Americano then they gave me a cappuccino, second they take long to come to the table I had to call them all the time, thirdly they were chunks of banana in my smoothie when I confront them they said it's the banana that did want to blend. No Apology no nothing and the guy just carried on with whatever it was that he was doing lastly they told us to be aware of the random two guys who just walked in and said they will snatch our phones if we leave them on the table.
