I personally do not recommend. The place is self catering but they telling us to pay for gas to cook. They blamed myself and friends for a couch that was already broken when we arrived, when the manager vijay confronted us about the couch, he got very angry to the point where it sounded and looked as if he wanted to physically fight with my friend Dustin as vijay pointed his finger in my friends face. They made us buy new linen for a lady accident and I've been to countless hotels and guesthouses and they've never made us pay for such, when you book it's added into the costs and I should know because I work in Hospitality. They made us pay for daytime visitors that weren't staying over very late, without a contract stipulating terms and conditions of the establishment. He attempted to kick us out for simply reviewing his establishment honestly, he again got very aggressive, as he raised his voice in a very loud manner. We paid more than 12.5 added in the extra cost for trash service, ironing service, laundry service, visitation service, and cooking services at a self catering establishment. He then accused me of defimation of character and threatened to call his lawyer on me for telling the truth about what happened at the guest house during the duration of our visit .I personally Do not recommend, management is obsessed with cash and not hospitality which is offensive because why are you working with people and in the industry if you do not have the necessary skills when it comes to dealing with your patrons as they are paying you a large sum of money for a good experience, There was no conflict resolution from his side. We genuinely tried to be good guests and listened and interacted very respectfully when vijay spoke. Upon arrival, Vijay was frequently in our space, and we couldn’t enjoy the facilities to our own expectations.
He agreed for me to invite a few friends, and subsequently requested a “day visitors fee” for every additional guest, even though they did not stay overnight, an amount that was not advised upfront.
He interfered with conversations, and made my female friends highly uncomfortable by approaching them, and striking up conversations.
On top of that, the host was quite forceful about us leaving “good” reviews of the place and demanded that we do it in his presence before our departure.
