As a paying Customer - If I have a problem with the service or food I can speak up for myself. If I am happy with the food and service - I can surely also speak up for myself, its not for you to FORCE your employees to make us rate them in desperation. When you kindly refuse , they let us know know that their jobs are on the line if they dont get enough good ratings? What kind of employer are you if you are placing such strain on them like that? Its disgusting , Sort it out please. If you are that desperate for ratings, set up a tablet or something by the door where we can freely go and rate you when we want in our own time. I waited a long while and was ordering food for a colleague that I don’t normally order so I was unfamiliar.
