The food from this McDonald's is adequate. I can't complain about that aspect, however, the major let down of this chain is the absolutely shocking inability to get your order correct.
As I live quite near to this particular restaurant, I order deliveries from it frequently. Or at least I used to. Frankly, it feels like they go out of their way to get at least one item incorrect on every order and I have the receipts and refunds for the incorrect orders to prove it! I can count on one hand the amount of times I have actually received an order as I ordered it and that must be after a hundred or so orders.
On the day of posting this I made a very simple order for three items, a Coke, a McFlurry and a muffin. And was given a completely different drink. Now that may seem a little petty, but after so so many mistakes in the past, some of which, I admit, may have been more difficult orders, I at least expected this one to be simple enough to do right. But no. It wasn't. Every time I decide to give this place another chance it lets me down, again and again. It's lucky that it's close and convenient. Read moreYesterday they after being in the drive through for approximately 45 min or more they forgot to give us the toys for the kiddies meals. And one of the reasons I buy those meals is because my kids look foward to the toys.So when I got home I had to drive back to go collect the toys. After burning diesel for 45min in drive through. Had to spend more diesel driving there and back😔. Last time system was offline. I was asked to come inside to buy instead of using drive through. Purchase through the self service system. Becouse system was offline there was issue with oder numbers. The was no notice to indicate that after self service purchase you must approach the teller or staff alerting customers to that factor. When the system came back online the sequence of orders was different and you found customers that came in after those that were there getting their orders before those that had been there for over an hour 😔. They must try and manage the busy days of the week and month or inturuptions more efficiently to reduce waiting time and errors. Read moreIt was extremely hot summers day in the middle of November, the urge for a delicious, soft, decadent Mcflurry sprung to mind. I got up and got dressed and took a drive to my nearest Mcdonalds. As i got to the McDonald's i decided to go through the drive through. I could feel my mouth start to water as i pictured the Mcflurry with the ozing chocolate drizzled over the top and the pieces of oreos tossed in with it. I pulled up to the odering machine thing and stated my order , i was overwhelmed with joy at this point but then i heard the words i had been dreading the whole way there. "THE ICE CREAM MACHINE IS BROKEN". I was overcome with anger, sadness and a hint of depression. I slowly made my way through the rest of the drive through like it was a walk of shame.
