I visit this store at least 20 days a month, and each time I spend at least R180. My daughter ordered a McChicken Burger and doesn’t like any sauce, so I asked them not to put any sauce on it. However, they may not have heard me clearly because they were busy, which I understand. Later, I had to go back and ask them to replace it, and they did.

After eating her chicken nuggets and drinking her beverage, my daughter was about to eat her McChicken Burger. She likes to open the burger and eat the bread separately. That’s when she noticed that one corner of the chicken patty was missing, as if someone had taken a bite out of it. She asked me who ate it, and I told her I didn’t know. She is already 8 years old, and I don’t believe she would take a bite and then ask me who ate it.

Could it be that they were unhappy because I asked them to replace the burger and did this on purpose? I went to ask the staff, and their supervisor told me that it was impossible for any of their employees to have taken a bite. I asked to see the camera, but they said it couldn’t be accessed today and could only be checked tomorrow. I felt like this was just an excuse to avoid letting us see it.

I simply wanted to see the footage to confirm whether it was their employee who bit the patty. If it wasn’t, I would have been happy to apologize to them. But they wouldn’t let me see the footage, which made me doubt their explanation.

Honestly, very few people would open their burger to check if the patty is intact. From now on, it seems like I’ll have to check every burger I eat because you never know if it’s been tampered with. I will never go to this...

Hi. Happy we drove in, placed our order. At collection, Kgaogelo, on requesting that we would like to check our order, which already had the wrong sauces, told as to move on as there are cars behind. Requested again and was totally rude. We drove of. When we got home, we packed out and realized that half of the food were not there. We checked our order and realized that. 1. Stuff we ordered and paid for was not there. Stuff we ordered was not even on the bill. Had to pack up everything and drive back. Just to be told by the Manager, with total disregard and not even looking at me, that it was what I oredered. To make another long story short.
