Sat and waited for 30 minutes with no assistance. Even went up to the counter to find out if we're supposed to order there before sitting. Was told to just sit and a waiter would come get our order. Never happened. Attempted to get the attention of the wait staff but they were clearly making great effort to avoid eye contact with us as eventually all but one waitress went into the back. A large family walked in after we had been waiting for about 25 minutes, sat down and was assisted several minutes later. At that point we stood up and left.

I understand when it's busy we can't be assisted on the spot but this was atrocious and If I were the manager I'd be sure to have a refresher with the staff on being aware of new customers coming in or at least getting someone assigned as a host/hostess to seat new clients and make sure the wait staff are made aware of...

She knew her products and selections also she was very patient and professional with us. She understood exactly what we was looking for. My Daughter loved the cake .
