Such pathetic service we experienced at Pizza Hut today! My cousin and I were going about our afternoon shopping and decided to pre order for collection, called pizza hut and actually spoke to a lovely lady who informed us that our order was going to be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. We managed to kill time for an extra 5 minutes of the stipulated time. Arrived at Pizza hut just ready to 'grab and go' I mean we even gave them extra time right? Got there and waited for a good two minutes to be served, paid and the cashier told us that our pizzas were being cut, and disappeared like Zorro. Okay fine, usually a hungry woman is an angry woman but two minutes into the extra waiting time we were still willing to wait, I mean "they were just cutting the pizza no one was gonna die right?" 7 minutes in, the cashier had played full incognito on us, now my cousin was running outta patience tokens to give and asked the lady cutting the pizzas who was unfazed by time why it was taking so long, and she mentioned that the chips were not yet ready. In one of my most disrespectful customer service historic moments, she walked towards us that "maybe 3 minutes or so the chips will be done" and walked away when when we were trying to understand what was going on! She just waltzed back to her work station unbothered!! Later the chips came and it took her donkey years to actually pack our food, no urgency nothing! Oh and to top the icing on our bitter cake, she didn't even apologize and neither did Cashier a. K. A Mr Zorro walk out to apologize for the inconvenience! We went from ready in max 15 minutes to 45 minutes which is close to an hour! The staff at Pizza Hut Northriding Square are unbothered, if you really are down for a delicious pizza hut pizza, I mean if you really want good pizza with all the futuristic bases, you can go there at your own risk maybe carry pain killers for the terrible service! I called the branch 3 times, was lied (said it was out for delivery but was not even made yet) to and made to wait with no answers (keep in mind that the pizza ordered was for my 2 young kids as a treat, we had been in the car all day traveling). Yesterday as an apology the manager, Katlego, offered to repeat the order for us. I accepted this offer today. I requested the delivery for 5pm, which he agreed to. At 18:00, my husband drove to the branch on his way home to see why the delivery was now (for the 2nd time) 1 HOUR late. He walked in, to find out IT HAD NOT EVEN BEEN MADE. When I called in (very angrily as you can image, as again my kids are complaining of being hungry) I was told "they forgot" Well Done Katlego, you will never see us again, which I am sure you are actually relieved about

I live accross the road from the store so 1.5 hours makes no sense. I tried numerous times to tell the lady over the phone that I will collect rather. After many minutes of not understanding what I was saying, she dropped the call. Called back immediately, they had no recollection of even speaking to me. Repeated my order number a minimum of 3 times. The call again released without them understanding that I was going in to collect the order. I'm actually lost for words... Beyond disappointed.
