Normally a 5* experience but today on a rainy 13 Dec at 07h10 there is one man alone advising customers their toasted sandwiches will take 7-8min before he can start to prepare them as he is alone and still "waiting for them" he says. I accept & thank him for the fair warning & then he asked me if I still want the sandwich despite the long wait warning. LoL seems I failed to make his day & vice versa. I will return again in hope for the ussual 5*...

Phone always rings, rings, rings... Don't know if the staff there and/owner and/or Famous Brands are not interested. After this complaint there will in all likelihood be the usual expected apology... And when you phone a day after the apology, the phone will ring,...
