If I could give no star I would!

My review relates to the branch in Bramfischer...regardless that the food is value for money the service is absolutely SHOCKING. The management are far too inexperienced and couldn't manage our complaint professionally. My family had been there 4 times, each time the service was slow but we tolerated it. The last straw was monday 15 January 2018 when the waitress was totally unattentive, bringing 3 drinks 15 min later, the manager had to bring us the ginger etc as after 15 min we still had nothing to enjoy our sushi with. The 1 and only main meal of prawn chop suey came 30 minutes late after i asked the manager and my salmon roses were still not delivered after 45min. I eventually had to complain to the manager who just said sorry but did nothing to fix the situation. So we got up, paid and left. The waitress gave us such attitude after we complained and didnt bother to apologise, she still even gave us incorrect change.

My daughter went there a day later hoping for better service and was met with contempt by the same waitress who then spoke in zulu to her colleagues. The atmosphere became so uncomfortable that my daughter and her friend were concerned their food would be tampered with. The same manager was unattentive and when my daughter got up and complained he said and did nothing, even as they walked out.

This type of service is unprofessional and totally unacceptable. Our complaint was given to the manager in a discreet and polite manner and didnt warrant this...

My review here use to be 4 stars, but after tonight, we are down to one. You can really see when an owner/manage is not effective in their business.

Wanted to order out, but decided to try sit in for the blue plate special, selecting off the belt. After eating the only five plates available, we brought to the hostesses attention that we needed a variety of plates on the belt. The only plate left was a piece of fish with no cover that the flies kept landing on.

The two gents making the sushi continued to prioritise take out and we eventually gave up and asked for the bill.

When we told the hostesses why we were not staying to enjoy the bottle of wine we had ordered and eat more, we received a blank stare back. I even asked "are you not going to even apologise and offer to get more food on the belt and see if you can get us to stay", to which he started to say, "I'm sorry you did not enjoy [your stay?]

I tried to call a few times after leaving, to speak to a manager, but it seems their service extends to the phone line which is not answered. I accidently called another Z Two, and was told the company is in the process of being renamed as it is no longer part of the Z Two group. Go figure why.

This Resturant should not offer a sit in option if they cannot cater to the customers that choose to be there. Very disappointed that my hard earned money and time was...

So, on our way to a popular pub for some Eisbein, we happened to pass by Z TWO. Curiosity won again, so, we checked in for some lunch. A really modern setting, nicely decorated and furnished, some really great colours to set a chilled mood (quite unusual for a Chinese / Japanese restaurant). Anyway, so much for my Top Billing slot😁😁. We had the Dim Sum platter which was just excellent. Really good flavour combinations and quite delightful and quote filling. Customary, I had soup, except they did not have Seafood, so, substitute Corn and Chicken Soup it was, nd a very nice soup indeed. I ramped it up a bit with White Pepper, Chilli and Soya, but, that's my fussy taste buds. There was also some outstanding Sushi, a nice twist and really fresh and well made (great mayo). The Assorted Chow Fan, how delicious is this, a really generous portion and oodles of different meats, one of the nicest we've had. Top this up with Brian who attended to us in the best possible way.
