Nando's Southgate Food Court — Restaurant in Gauteng

I have never got such bad service from Nando’s. We were having Dinner With the family, we sat at a dirty table for like 20mins till I asked the cashier to kindly please clean the table for us. We had our dinner, we couldn’t finish our meal and asked the waiter by the name of Bongani who proudly told me that he can’t help us to pack our food cause time time time time (very rudelu )he wants to knock off. Asked the stuff but I was joke. They sent me from peeler to post even the manager when I asked what kind of service are they giving he just said ( Mohammed) “ he said it’s unfortunate that they gave us that service “ but still I had to still ask for from him too....

I ordered today around 13:27 for a sit down today. 13:57 (almost 30 minutes later) I was forced to go to the counter to ask what is happening with the order. No one gave me a compelling reason for the delay; they just said the order did not appear on the system. I asked for the manager's name & surname so I could lodge a formal compliant; the name was Chali and then it changed all of the sudden to Charles, I asked for the surname and he reverted by saying he will not give me the surname. I came to Nandos at 10:15 and ordered a double chicken burger. Upon its arrival the meat was cold, the bun was not fresh at all. I alerted the manager who advised me that the roll is fresh as it is baked inside Nandos (I don't know why she lied) as I know the rolls are not baked inside the store. They took my food and brought back the same old roll and cold meat. I did not eat this good and left it there. I also took a picture of the food I sent back.
