The good thing was that I finally had steers near me, but the service, not so great. Always drive through and my last experience with bugers, I bought them in the evening for dinner and when I got home, they were cold like they were made hours ago and put aside. Before then I ordered full chicken, firstly they said they don't have chicken. And I asked, you sell chicken and you don't have chicken? Then the lady was speaking to someone in background, and she then said, "we have chicken but it's frozen, you will have to wait 40 minutes for the chicken to be defrosted and grilled" I said okay I will wait. When I finally the full chicken after an hour, it was soggy and not grilled proper with pockets of water inside. The most abysmal service but serves me right for giving them a third chance, place order for 2x panda meals @19.55 pay arrive at collection window told to park 20.20 I still have not received my order go in store to find out they have forgotten my order supposed manger tinny says they will make fresh pretty the lady who asked me to park clearly from her reaction has forgotten my otder this is the third time the same incident has occurred. What a disappointment! We were so excited to try this new branch and we thought we'd get the best food and service, but our whole experience was so sour. The food was ice cold when given to us, our order completely wrong and upon opening our burgers, our buns were so soggy that we literally threw them away because you could not eat it since it melted away. What a horrible disappointment.
