I recently had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant, and I must say that the service I received from your waitress Tandee was truly outstanding. From the moment I sat down, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel immediately at ease. Throughout the course of my meal, she was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that my drink glass was never empty and that my every need was met.

What truly set this waitress apart, however, was her genuine enthusiasm for her work. She seemed to take great pleasure in providing the highest level of service possible, and her positive attitude was contagious. She was patient and accommodating when I had special requests or questions, and always had a great suggestion for what to order.

But what really impressed me was the little touches that she added to my experience. She made sure that my food was prepared exactly as I had requested, and even went out of her way to bring me extra condiments and utensils. This is the worst spur ive been, every time we go there we always receive the worse services. it has been more than three times i go there and the service never gets better, i have even stopped tipping. it is mostly the guy waiters, they look disinterested in helping you. Went to pick up a Secrets Tribe Birthday Meal that was loaded on my card. My husband was very rudely told that he cant get it over the counter but only on sit down. No where in your TCs does it stipulate that for a free Birthday meal. Other branches have in the past gladly packed up a takeaway for us, understanding very well that kids arent always in the mood to sit down etc. After relaying this to the guy, he says he cannot pack up an ice cream and soda as well.
