Trikes Restaurant — Restaurant in Gauteng

We ordered the calamari main, two pregos and the beef tacos and nothing but the chips were edible. The food was absolutely atrocious, the calamari was basically rubber, prego’s were bland, the tacos just inedible with whatever concoction they created. The service was barely existent. Long Island ice tea was 99% alcohol with barely a mixer included.

Kids go there regularly to play Bingo on a Thursday. Quite a lot of fun, decent cash prizes for winners - wife won R1200, or thereabouts. It is rather noisy, though. I therefore did not rate the atmosphere. I will definitely go again, but not regularly, due to this...
