It cannot take 3 members of staff to fix one customers issue while the rest of us just have to wait People were leaving the store but you didn't care. I on the other hand had to wait due to an injury, i could barely stand let alone leave the store. How inconsiderate. You do of course appreciate that people leaving the store means lost revenue. There has to be better ways of dealing with a complaint - font leave that one customer to shout like that and truly, three members to try sort out one complaint? Really? On Saturday, against my better judgement I bought 2 cheese burgers and chips from your store at All Saints Centre Olivedale

The patties were both dry and tasteless and cooked long before I placed my order.

The chips show that the cooking oil was old and a health hazard (I have attached a picture of the chips).

This outlet is always a less than enjoyable experience and I will not visit there or Bellairs again.

It seems that Steers has lost the plot! Yesterday I was contacted by someone from the branch however as it is always ABUNDANTLY clear that there is no store manager I will ask that head office deal with this. There are 2 Steers branches in my immediate vicinity and they are both run extremely poorly in my opinion. Thought I'd give Steers All Saints another chance today - and sorry I did. Hygiene is a great concern of mine there, no gloves, and the guy making the burgers and frying the chips - used his bare fingers to 'pinch' the chips in the fryer to see if they were done! There is way too much shouting and socializing going on there - no customer focus. The staff honestly don't take hygiene seriously - and this has been every time I've been in there. Also, ordered two wackey=wednesday deals + chips - eventually walked out with just burgers which were ice cold cause they couldn't get the chips sorted - while I stood there and watched them.
