I work at Clicks next door, always stop by to buy skme brekkie. The gentleman informed me about the App for points (big up to him). And he always asks me about it before any purchases. Til i decide to download it. First purchase with an App, the lady assisting me didn’t even ask if i have it. When i am aboht to pay i ask her why she doesn’t even bother to ask me….Then i proceed to ask her, why she doesn’t even ask if have an App or would lime to scan for points then she says “You are the one who is supposed to show me the App” i was baffled. As far as i know any shop with loyalty programmes you’re always asked if u have a card/App. Yet she expected me to give her the App. She then said i must scan, i had already lost interest. She then went to the back to gossip about me and her encounter with her colleagues and they laughed about it. Funny enough, she requested it from the customer who was infront of me. I ordered online and when it came, it was piping hot. This bread was like a pillow, so soft and chewy. I couldn’t decide which one I wanted so I decided to get two with my favorites ideal flavours.

-the sundried tomato and fior di latte(mozzarella) was absolutely gorgeous and more Italian style which I adored. The sundried tomatoes soaked into the bread and added a nice tang and somewhat spice. The cheese was so melty, and I had received so many cheese pulls, so you know it’s a good sandwich!
Overall I’m very pleased, especially since it was delivered! My new favorite spot...

Went to sit down. Waited an eternity for the food to arrive...in fact we had to wave down staff to ask them how long it would take to toast the croburger. At one point we had to go to the counter to ask. It turns out they had forgotten about it. And then the toasty came without the quiche. Again we had to remind them. We asked for the slip again, nothing happened. We left. Whilst shopping in the centre we realized that the maths didn't add up. We were overcharged. Explains why the receipt was not forthcoming. That over and above the shocking...
