I experienced such poor service from the manager of vida e café this morning. A gentleman who arrived 5 minutes after me, who also ordered a flat white got his coffee before me. When I asked her why, she just looked at me in disgust and replied that our order was different when I very well knew that the man did in fact order a flat white. The rest of the staff have a better attitude than the manager. I’ve experienced this on at least three...

It is always an issue to get a toasted made, feels more like they doing me a favour. And then when I want to use my discount I get told that their system is offline. When I express I'm unhappy there is zero care. Rather go to McDonald's or...
