Possibly the worst Steers I have been too, we placed an order through the Steers app for collection. On arrival, I mentioned it was an online order, the one staff member was doing cash up and couldn't be bothered to assist, the other staff member was rude when I asked her about the milkshakes. The manager was shouting at the staff, telling them she is not a puppet and they better respond and the lady whom I assume is the supervisor, was telling the manager to give all of them warnings. Used to be one of the most efficient steers outlets for a quick lunch time meal. Normal wait between 6 to 10 mins. Wanted to order chicken, was told only breast portions available. Wanted to swap the cool drink for a milkshake and pay extra, told it wasn't possible. Wanted a steak burger, told no stock available. Wanted to order snack ribs and chips, told it will take 20 minutes. I was so frustrated that I just asked what is available and was forced to order a burger. All of this happened whilst I was the only customer in store at the time....

Shit service and most importantly the employee working and handling the food does NOT wear gloves hes touching all the burgers with his bare hands and when I asked the manager why is he not wearing gloves the managers answer was "the gloves have too much oil so now we don't use gloves and i make sure they wash their hands every half hour" is this a JOKE.!!!!!
