Wimpy — Restaurant in Gauteng

Do not go early on a weekend, food is pre made so that they get orders out quicker. So, when it gets to you it is cold except the eggs, i was very disappointed, bacon cuts are also thinner cut as apposed to other Wimpy's I have frequented, this is not acceptable people... EVERYTHING that comes out should be freshly prepared, hot and enjoyable, as patrons we are knowledgeable to understand that if the establishment is busy you have to wait a bit longer... and if there are people that complain then just tell them that you are doing your best to give them the best service they deserve. I will not complain to you if you give me cold food as I am not prepared to cause a scene at your establishment, I will just not return and give you a bad revue. It is up to you as owner/ operator to oversee the quality control of your business and NOT... Sit at a table sipping coffee and chatting as was the day in question when I was there, please consider cash paying patrons with more respect or you will not be...

WIMPY ATLASVILLE Boksburg. I will never go to that wimpy again. This is not the first time i was served rotten food. I haven't eaten there for a few years because of previous rotten food. Yesterday I decided to give it another try. We were 3 people and we all ordered the double grill. Everyones chicken were rotten the veggies was bad. No one hardly ate. The manager said she will give a discount because of the rotten food. When i received the bill the gave me a lousy R65 off. I requested to give me a better discount seeing no one really ate and they refused. I will never go to this wimpy again. Looks like this wimpy will...

Very unfortunate. . It is 4.10pm and the service is disgusting. No presence of management and when I asked about the new muffins on the menu a senior staff member came over and ts me everything is frozen.. I then got served a red velvet muffin with butter... Are you kidding me? It should be a little bit of cream at least. When I asked they just said no. Nothing about maybe getting some cream and paying extra... no service at all. They were all cleaning very well but completely forgot about me. Normally a big tipper. Sadly...
