Wimpy — Restaurant in Gauteng

I’ve been to this wimpy three times now. I always take my mom and the kids out to that wimpy because they get to play on those awesome slides and trampoline. However I feel the service was terrible at all times, waitresses refuse to communicate in English assuming we know how to speak Isizulu. I forgot their names but the last waitress that had served us was an older woman out of them all and she was very impatient with us and very vile. Next time I will keep their names in mind. Secondly, the food is always under cooked, chips are not fried well, bacon is not well done. I asked for slightly toasted bread but it was burnt. I seriously cannot believe how many times I’ve been disappointed. Also waitresses seem unfriendly to us. I’ve been to so many wimpys around the country , the best for me stands to be the one in Parktown at Engen garage. It is always a pleasure to come visit Wimpy restaurant in Springsgate. Approach by waitress and management staff is always welcoming and acknowledging my presence. Personally, i stay at Leachville in Brakpan and surrounded by 2 Wimpy restaurant and it approximately takes me less than 8 minutes to drive. Coming to Springs gate it is about 15 to 20 minutes longer, but it is worth driving. The environment in terms of cleanliness is spotless and enjoy going to bathroom because it is hygienically crept clean with good fragrance. The staff knows the secret of keeping its customers captipatived by meeting they expectations and keeping them satisfied . Constant check-up is important. I had a very bad experience at Wimpy in Springs Gate, I booked the 14th of May for my daughter's party. I booked 3weeks ago meaning they had enough time to prepare for it. 1stly I didn't get Themed invitations, on the 14th when I arrived the table is not yet set so we had to wait for them to set it and to my surprise they set a table for a boy party not for a girl. When I asked about the table setting they said they don't have for girls, I couldn't understand because I gave them time to prepare.
