I purchased two Grand Chicken Specials on Sunday, on 25th of Aug, in the morning. When I got home and started eating, I noticed that the taste was different from before. Upon checking, I found that the chicken was not properly cooked and was still raw inside. I immediately returned to the store to inform the staff. However, I was told that the manager was not available and that I would receive a call the next day. What upset me the most was that they made me wait for a long time, and not once did they apologize. I did not see even the most basic level of customer service.
To date, I have not received a call regarding my refund request or about the food. I cannot understand this, and I will never eat at McDonald's in South Africa again.
