Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Hibiscus Coast Local Municipality

Ordered chicken and beef pizzas on Monday 10th March after 9pm. While still eating, we started with cramps and running stomach. We had it for the next two days. Suspected the off chicken made us sick.

Phoned to warn the supplier on the same night received. The manager on duty said he would get one of the owners to phone me the next day. Saved the pizzas in the freezer.

After 9 days and three calls later, I went into the store and said, "How disappointed I was that there was no response / follow-up from the owners."

To think, I thought I did the right thing - warning them about the off chicken

Again, I was told by the manager on duty that he would inform the owners to call me. Three weeks later now. Still no response from the owners.

😔 No customer care.

Wonder how many more customers got sick that hot Monday night.

Thus, I would never purchase anything again from Debonairs...

On 2 dec 2021 we ordered pizza and the wrong pizza was delivered.

Only on 5 jan 2022 did the store manager contact me , i told him im not in margate anymore , im home, he said he will give me his number and when im back in april we will get a free order, His sms on 5 jan 2022 after the call : Mr rino good day my name is m* one of Junior manager

so im back now and I msged him and no reply, so i placed a order and put a note that m* must remeber regarding my order , no free order or puzza, So I waited months to rate this establishment and they do not even deserve...

Most pathetic establishment ever - Margate Branch. We have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt by supporting them many times, however every single time is a nightmare. Their call centre system is the most ridiculous system ever, honestly I am not even sure how this branch is still operating. When you have any query at all, they can basically do nothing at all, as they are not even situated in the branch, so they transfer you to the branch, what is the point of that?!?!?! Then the call just gets cut. We have now waited over 2 hours for our pizza and no one can help us and they just say "sorry." P.L.E.A.S.E can head office pay them a visit, please! This is...
