I'm a loyal customer at KFC at ballito cos that close to my work place. But today i was very disappointed when i order a sharing meal for R159. So i ordered n paid like usual. But they say my order doesn't pop up on their system. Well okay i showed the lady the proof of payment and than she called other lady to explain it to me. When the lady came, i think she is a back manager or something. She told me to wait 24hrs so they can refund my money. Well i wasn't asking for money but i wanted my meal which i ordered n paid for. We got there at 06:45am. The front cashier agreed that they opened at 6am pointing at the front sign with the times but we should wait until 7am. At that time I have a 4month baby quickly looking for something to eat. We told them that we will wait at the drive through they agreed.
