Small things can ruin an experience. The food was great. The staff absolutely disgusting. Firstly the restaurant was way overstaffed and chatting and joking around making noise as if it is the local bar. Then a specific waitress named Mandy, whose voice I never even heard, she walks to the table, drops off the menu, comes back later, takes the menus, doesnt greet, doesnt confirm what we order, didnt even look at us. Brings the food and gone. Then I pay and the wait for my change began, this woman, made us wait long enough for me to decide to time how long it would take, I got to 10 minutes and this was probably after a 20 minute wait so 30 minutes to get change in a restaurant with our table and literally one other table and 7 other wait staff, no excuses. Eventually I get impatient. I walk to the till to ask her for my change, she doesnt even look at me, doesnt even acknowledge us standing there. She walks away and tells one of her friends to get the change. Serious attitude problem and to be honest probably costing your business lots of money. I'd remove her and all the other bad apples. People are looking for jobs, get people who appreciate how to even be a good person, ie know how to greet and be kind. Not scraps that think they are queens and customers wait for them as long...

Not happy at all! Ordered via Mr Delivery first time and quality was terrible, so left it. Tried again because everyone deserves a second chance. Did not receive the milkshake and received a small normal skinny fries instead of cheesy fully loaded fries. Called Ballito Branch, they apologised and said Milkshake was still at the restaurant and dont know what happened to chips. Thing is you order a dinner and only receive half although you you pay full. Would not recommend them at all. Very unhappy for a second time in a row. Asked if they could load a credit on Mr D as I wont be using them again. Answer...No. when I order again they will give me...

Absolutely AWFUL!!! My order took over 2 hours and when it arrived it was ice cold with an item missing. After a few bad experiences with this restaurant, Im honestly surprised its still running! Trying to reach the restaurant was impossible, because for the 2 hours waiting, the line was busy, as in, it was probably taken off the hook, so I had to call head office, who had to call a manager to let them know to have my order sent. I cannot believe I have to give 1 star on this rating. The service and running of this branch is appalling! This needs to be run by someone else, or close down, because the service from this place has never...
