I bought 2 large pizzas from the Chatsworth Debonairs at Joyhurst street.I was having my 2nd anniversary for my shop and decided to choose debonairs to cater for the various reps that celebrated with us.When the pizza arrived, the base was dry and hard.I requested for creamy chicken but they told me it was not available.I then opted for the chicken with feta and another chicken pizza.The filling was not up to standard as i have photos to prove it.I immediately phoned Debonairs call centre to complain about the shoddy service because I had placed my order with them initially.They had debonairs Chatsworth to call me and I told them exactly how the pizza was delivered to me.They became defensive and I told them I'm bringing the pizza to them after work.Unfortunately for me I had a busy day at wrk and forget to return the pizza that was kept refrigerated.The next day after work I took the pizza to them apologizing for not bringing it in the day before.I encountered the manager who suddenly became very defensive and rude telling me that they don't make their pizza like that.He's right because he showed me a few that had just come out the oven and they were perfect and filled well as compared to what they sent to me!! I told him customer service is very important but he told me he cannot act on it because I brought it a day later and it was my fault. The fact that I complained a day before was not important?They had taken down my details and couldn't they have called me.I told him R165 is not alot of money for me to stand and debate for almost an hour but a matter of integrity to your customers.He didn't seemed concerned or moved by my complaints and replied that R165 is alot of money to them.So what happened to the meal that I paid for.Shoddy service and a bad attitude brings bad business.He told me that he has been in the business for over 30 years , well he hasn't learnt much.I left the meal at the store and I told him to eat it if he felt it was good for me to eat...

Called the store and they said they will call their driver and let me know what's happening. I get a call back saying that the driver is "lost". Called the call centre and store numerous amounts of times to complain about the cold food that we had received and not surprised that they did not answer. Called the call centre back today and the manager gives me a fake story that the delivery time for yesterday and today is "one and a half hour". If that was the case, the store would have informed me when I called in the first time yesterday evening. Till now I am awaiting a call back from the Chatsworth Plaza Debonairs store manager. Pathetic service delivery. Pathetic employees with a horrible attitude. I would not recommend Debonairs Chatsworth Plaza to anybody. Their service delivery...

I was told by your agent that the store was extremely busy and I should expect to wait 1 hour 20 min. I received a call back at 18:23 advising that the driver has my order and will deliver ASAP. At 18:51 I called the call centre again and was told there is nothing they could do and I should contact the store. I tried contacting the store 5 times but line was continuously busy. I contacted your call centre again 6 times thereafter and eventually Slindile advised that she will call the store and get me feedback. It is now 21:10 and my order has yet to be delivered.
