Swaadisht Foods Chatsworth Centre — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

Hands down the worst establishment, I don't understand how they're even still in business. The chatswortn branch is so bad in comparison to the malvern one. I ordered the quarter tikka and my meal came with a few chips that was oil soaked and somehow raw at the same time. Why do you think its okay to give a customer less than 12 chips? All of which was soggy and undercooked. The tikka wasn't moderately spicy when I ordered dynamite. The roti is thick, hard and chewy. The cabbage in the salad isn't cut properly, huge chunks of cabbage and the mayo is too tangy and looks to be watered down. My mom got the mutton bunny which had no potatoes and mostly bones. The flavour wasn't that great either. Our homemade bunny tastes so much better in comparison. Food from this branch also makes my stomach hurt, I don't get that with their other establishments so it's clearly a store problem. I'm assuming it's bad quality ingredients and I'm convinced that my online order was left over food from the previous day since it arrived in less than 25 minutes and they quality was terrible. Please don't waste your time or money on the chatsworth branch. If I could give it a zero...

I would definitely give Swaadisht Foods at Chatsworth Centre a Miss. I used to dine in at the Swaadisht at the Ridge (when it was then opened) and the food and service was of the Highest Standards. I ordered a Bunny and while waiting for the Bunny to be served. I needed to wash my hands, there's a wash facility but there's no running water. There's no place to wash your hands at the establishment. The Bunny was served, very fast service (that should've been a red flag). I dig into the Bunny and that was the worse Bunny I ever ate. The Curry had a Raw Spice Taste and Feel to it, the Mutton was really Tough, the Potatoe was Hard as a Stone and the BREAD was ICE COLD (the Bread was Literally Ice Cold). I called back the server and informed her about the Food. I then broke off a piece of Bread and got her to feel how cold it was. She then says to me she can change the Potatoe for me. I told her I don't want the Bunny. I was then told there's Nothing that she can do. Definitely give Swaadisht a Miss at the Chatsworth Centre. Terrible Food and Pathetic Service. I ordered 3 mutton bunnies via Mr Delivery app and it was an utter waste of money as the hole cut in the middle for the meat and gravy was so tiny that there was more bread than meat and gravy and the pieces of meat you do get is only bones. This loser store should really close down as they rip people off. Now days its a luxury to save up and enjoy a meal and when you purchase a meal the last thing you'd expect is to be robbed. If I wanted to buy bread then I would have bought bread and not order these pathetic bunnies. I do have pictures of the crap I got and I will not order again from this rubbish low standard store again. MR D is also a rubbish app to endorse pathetic low standard...
