Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

I don't know if it's because of the pandemic fever or what but My goodness!! what a horrible pizza I got from this Broadway Debonairs. And to be honest since it has gone Haalal and changed management the quality of Pizza you get from this place has gone downhill and I will tell you why. First of all it's the No pork issues, which Yes I know there is certain toppings they don't do anymore because it's Haalal but that don't mean the Pizza I pay for must be disgustingly bad.... However what I cannot do is accept the fact that I pay with my hard earned money and get a thin and hard crust of dough with barely any tomato base sauce, no flavor microscopic toppings that you can count on one hand, a sprinkle of cheese here and there ofwhich you lucky if you even get a max 4 slices of pizza with any cheese at all, then it's obviously the fake meat. Went to this Broadway Debonairs with my daughter today and believe if it wasn't for the fact that my daughter was famished after our long trip back I would have driven back and asked for my money back. The worst Pizza I have ever had.... Ever! Horrible! It was so sparse I don't even know if I could call what I paid for Pizza... Disgraceful. Avoid and order from any other establishment if you can!

I made an order online through the debonairs app. This outlet accepted the order and took my payment. I was then phoned 5 minutes later and told they don't deliver to my location- 1st red flag. I asked for a refund and was told the manager, Patrick would phone me today or tomorrow to process said refund - 2nd flag and counting. As I have a life to live and things to do I carried on, expecting the money that was effectively stolen from me to bw returned. Five days later I remembered I was still short R200 and had no missed calls from Broadway. After FOUR more phone calls from my end (one of which where I was hung up on) I managed to speak to a Samkeliso who finally processed my refund, while I hung on for 8 minutes using up my airtime and all remaining patience. That's 3 red flags, sorry - you're out.

The last two times I have ordered the same order with the same instructions you have made a mistake!!!! I wanted a creamy tikka veg with no cheese on it!

I said: I want a creamy tikka veg pizza with no mozzarella and no cheese sauce..... I read the receipt and it said no tikka sauce. I said no I wanted the tikka sauce!! So the pizza came with both the tikka sauce and the cheese sauce even though I said I only wanted the tikka sauce. So I sent it back saying I didn't want the cheese sauce!!!

Now today ordering the same pizza the same way my pizza didn't come with the tikka sauce!!! Even though I said that I only didn't want the cheese sauce!!

Is it so hard to understand that tikka sauce isn't the cheese sauce!!!! All I got today was a disgusting dough base with tomatoes and mushrooms. Yuck!
