I had an extremely poor experience at your store, and I feel compelled to speak up. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, I didn’t get the cashier’s name or keep the receipt. Just after 18:00, I ordered a large triple decker pizza with no onions. I’ve bought this same pizza many times for R199, so when the total came to R210, I questioned the price. Without asking me, the cashier added a 1.5L Coke for R10 as part of a special—without my consent. She then had to cancel it.
That alone was frustrating, but what followed was worse. I got home and opened the box to find the pizza covered in onions, despite my clear instruction. Not only was my order ignored, but the service felt careless and dismissive. I didn’t enjoy the food, and I certainly didn’t enjoy the way I was treated.
