The worst experience I've ever had in terms of fast food service delivery. We ordered via Mr D collection, which was meant to be ready by 18:13, which obviously it wasn't. Waiting was fine. They said they forgot to add the onion rings. We got in the car and checked the food only to find the Calamari bowl we ordered was in fact the Calamari pot which is completely different. We went back and asked them to swop. When I got back into the car I realized they had given me a box with only calamari in it and nothing else. I went back in and swopped again. We eventually get home only to realize the onion rings were missing. The worst service delivery I've ever had. Steers had two people working and they were even trying to help, where Fish aways had more than 4. I don't understand how you could possibly mix up an order so many times. To the point were it costs your customers more because food you pay for you don't get and the running around. It was like no one could read the menu! Where is the manager on duty?? Read moreI googled the fishaways in Riverside but this one appeared and I placed my order here. When I went to fetch my order I realized it was at the wrong branch. I called the manager of this store at Broadway and asked if I can canel it as I only eat strictly halaal. The manager said this is going to fall on the staff and hung up abruptly.
