Fishaways — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

Absolutely pathetic service. The place was extremely quiet and I ordered a meal which took 45 minutes to get ready. I was seated across the Till and my meal was ready and none of the staff advised me the meal was ready. After 45minutes I asked for a refund and then the staff member says my meal was ready. The staff all left their work station and were having a good chat and laughing at the back of the store as you will be able to see in one if the pics I posted. Service is really pathetic and I will surely not be visiting Fishaways...

Very disappointed with such poor service. I waited over 15 minutes as no one was even in front to take our orders. The staff from Milky Lane called for assistance as the phone was ringing. The staff saw us, took my order but no apology or even a smile even after me telling her that I stood over 15 minutes for assistance. She didn't apologize. As a customer who chose Fishaways to have a meal didn't deserve such poor...

Horrible service from call center and the store. I have been to the store placed an order, when i got home there was no fish in the freaking burger. I called the call center literally 12 times they make funny sounds and cut the call on me. This is a joke of a company. Today is the 2nd November 2019 time is 7.14pm and order number was #328.
