This little gem is under new management and wow what a difference, the waitrons are absoloutely dynamic, the kitchen send out plate after plate of quality food. We had an event there for over 50 people and not one plate was sent back. Great food! We had such terrible experience at Hops Riverside with bad service,below average quality of food for what we paid.Whereas HOPS Balito we had good service, good food, and value for money. You can really not compare the two...
