KAUAI Westville — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

Ordered two Salted Caramel protein shakes after having it twice a week for the past few months, thinking it would taste delicious as usual, but found that it was overly salty and unbearable to drink. After kindly bringing it up, I was laughed at by the staff and they pointed out that it was indeed a salted caramel. I told them I’ve had it countless times before and it never tasted like this and they replied with more laughter. Please review the process of how it’s made otherwise a loyal customer will be lost.

I enjoy Kauai and generally find the quality at this Kauai is usually good. However I must say that their hours are erratic, whoever is in charge of updating their hours online should really work on this cause this is the 2nd time we’ve come to this Kauai based on the hours and advertised and it was closed. It’s a very avoidable inconvenience. Also the veganuary special was not well administered. We came in to buy based on the promotion and then was told only after our order (which was entirely vegan) was paid for that the discount only works with the app. I hope this feedback...

The worst Kauai I've ever been to. On Tuesday I ordered a princess wrap and I picked it up, it tasted funny as if the ingredients weren't fresh especially the avo, it felt so unpleasant to eat. 2hours later I got sick started vomiting (food poisoning).
