Mugg & Bean Westville Mall — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

I would like to bring to the attention of management an utter gentleman waiter by the name of Derrick. His obviously a very happy man or very happy working with wonderful people because he always has a smile on his face and nothing is ever too much for him. I'm semi disabled so he always makes sure I'm sitting in a comfortable chair. Been in business for many years I have seen potential in his young man to grow within your company. Just to mention I was nominated Woman's Businness owner of the year and Entrepreneur of the year. Having 5 companies I had a flood of staff come and go and although I can no longer run a company re health i still automatically pick out good service and in a sly way get Derrick to take care of me. These are important feed backs from customers not only the negatives but public need to agnolish people that are giving their jobs their all. I always look forward to have a quick catch up with him and share a few laughs. Thank you Derrick keep up the super service. I’m deeply disappointed by the service I received from Westville Mugg & Bean. Firstly I’m a regular customer, i normally come for breakfast and bring along my laptop to do some work Today I mistakenly ordered Latte and forgot to ask the waiter to use plant based milk (Almond), when I asked Christina who is the manager to change it for me she boldly refused with a straight face . She told me take my latter with me so I can through it away. I’m really disappointed with her insensitivity. I went to Westville mall this morning to go and get a few things from checkers and of course could not stop at Mug and Bean to say Hello to one of my Favorite Waiters, Derrick, who insisted that I have my usual, being my Cuppacino, extra hot. I had to quietly explain that I was not able to, due to money being a bit tight. He was not going to have me go without a Cuppacino, extra hot, as he knows how, and offered to pay for it.
