Burgers made how you like it. This place hits the button on a number of aspects. They're damn good at burgers, and that's what they stick to on the menu. Flexibility, don't like the standard options or you're picky like me, just create your own burger from scratch with every topping and sauce that you like. Wings are also really good here. I like that they serve blue cheese as an option. Another win is that they're open until a good time, 10pm even during the week. This is how popular establishments should be. And being inside the mall is assuring as well. Few things to improve upon, should there be a southern fried chicken option? Authentic to the Louisiana region, it would be great. A potato bun would be an incredible option. A few more cheese options, pepper jack cheese as an eg. A few more bbq sauces, eg mesquite/smokey bbq. Beer selection could be bigger, alcohol seems relatively pricey. There should be stouts and porters on offer. Overall, an incredible establishment, exactly what was needed in westville and room...
Read moreA very sad day! Nothing worse than anticipating a good burger but to be sorely disappointed. I've had some excellent burgers here, all coupled with disastrous service - either orders missed, take away food missing, generally unconscious waiting staff, but my last experience sealed this coffin! I ordered a Slacker burger (3 patties) after starving myself the whole day for it, to take my order home, start eating and low and behold, its a triple VEG burger! If i was a kid i would've been crying uncontrollably, instead as the scorned carnivore that i am, just swore incessantly! If only the degenerates behind the counter could do their jobs, instead of pacing around lethargically, playing with their phones while handling/mishandling people's food, learning to read and focus on exactly what a patron has ordered or maybe take some pride in the fact that they represent a big brand. Plenty other burger joints to...
Read moreWhat a disappointing experience last night. Drove 30 km from our holiday home to have our 1st Roco Mamas experience. Arrived received 2 sets of dirty cutlery still with old food stuck on them. Asked to sample craft beers. 1st one out of stock other 2 hot. Okay we can look past this. Now ordered our food. While we waiting we can see the kitchen staff preparing the food. Impressive they are wearing gloves. But this does not help at all while the chef is picking his teeth with a toothpick that stayed in his mouth the whole time he prepared our food. Oh and dont forget that he kept on rubbing his chin and head with the same gloves that are touching my food, that i am suppose to enjoy. Oh and then his co workers joins behind the counter and they have a fat chat and sampling our chips. Probably making sure that "our" chips are properly cooked. Thanks "Roco Mamas" for a...
