Steers Westville Mall — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

Last night 2019/01/01 around 19:10 received THE WORST Service ever, or should I say no service.I went into the mall bought from checkers and went to steers to buy food to eat during night shift, iyohhhhh what a wait, I understand the possibility of being busy. I waited in line for my turn to buy forever, playing a game on my cell until a gentleman in front of me decided the wait was too much and left. I stood there waiting to order for 15min, was the last in line but there were 4more people behind me already frustrated with the wait. There was only one person taking orders, also serving people inside the restaurant, packing orders for people waiting inside the restaurant.everyone was so frustrated, so I left to buy my supper somewhere else but as I was ready to leave I discovered that I had to pay for parking for my time wasted while waiting to place an order at SteerI don't understand why the steers management there always have few staff working on...

I am highly disappointed with the service I received from Steers Westville Mall today the 09/07/2018. I placed an order online for a burger and milkshake @ 12:35 which was set for delivery. My order arrived at 1:55 ,which was a 1hr and 20min after the order was placed. I do understand drivers can be delayed due to hectic schedules, however receiving cold food is not acceptable. Over and above this, the milkshake I received had been split extensively and was half full. The delivery guy was also not aware that I had ordered and paid for my goods online. I have always enjoyed eating at Steers however, as convenient as the delivery option may sound in my option I do not think is very efficient and would not suggest it to anyone. The menu for delivery items such be different to that in store to prevent customers receiving goods that have been spilt, such as the milkshake that was delivered to me or else more appropriate...

The staff here don’t seem to care about thier customers, We waited about 10 minutes just to place an order, and the staff was there only serving the people who came to collect orders. They completely ignored us, not even giving us an explanation as to why were kept waiting that long just to place an order. After waiting very long and then placing an order, the guy who helped us only then mentioned that card purchases are currently offline, we need to go withdraw money. And was told we would have to wait another 25 minutes for our food to be ready. Never coming back to this steers again. The last time I was here they didn’t have chips in stock.
