Nando's Chatsworth — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

I haven't been to a Nando's like this ever. I mean, there might be some people who enjoy this branch and some who don't, but from my experience, I would never recommend this branch to anyone. I have ordered a meal for my family and I and only received it half an hour later at the table even though it wasn't a big order. When asking the waitress for an update on the order she just said it's coming without even checking up on it. When it finally arrived, we received butter that had been already used and utensils that were utterly filthy. When requested a new butter from the waitress, she never brought it. Had to get up from my seat to go and request it again and when doing so, the waitresses told me I need to pay for the butter and they had so much attitude towards the situation. When requested to speak to the manager, she arrived 15 minutes after. She did not speak to her staff about their behavior.

Please can some upper management provide training to some of the staff here as they are not...

ordered from the chatsworth centre store yesterday. when the food was delivered i was very unhappy with a few things. requested extra sauce on the chicken but it came completely dry. chicken was either raw in certain places or over burnt on the skin. tasted terrible. the coleslaw was dry, not enough mayo. the livers were also burnt and then added to the sauce. the 2 salad dressing sachets were messed with sauce that was dried up on it. obviously was messed a while ago. this is the 2nd bad experience i have had at this store. sad thing was most of the meal was thrown away. nandos has now become an expensive meal so customers expect the food to be up to standard. management needs to take a closer look before sending food out on delivery. very very...

Chatsworth branch is incredibly terrible for the price we pay!

My order below- I ordered an Xhot spicy rice where the box wasn’t even half full and my 2 year old kid could eat it cause it was worse than mild! The full meal livers wasn’t even half a box so I basically got a starter in a full meal box. My kid got the winglets THAT WAS BLACK!!! I paid R322 for this nonsense!!!

I called the manager Nokulunga who apologised and expected me to come there to pickup the refund for their mess up. Did not want to replace my order by getting it delivered which meant I must now waste my petrol for an order THEY MESSED UP!

Did I mention this is the third time they’ve messed up my order....
