This is the best run Nando's store ever. The owner really does his best to ensure a 5 star service. I used to go to the Crescent but not anymore. The service here, food quality, cleanliness, washing area is just superior. Oh and the aircon works. Crescent store should take notes.
UPDATED REVIEW So my wife and i had dinner here last night after gym. All the staff know us not by name but by recognition and know mostly what we gonna order. They know we never order anything to drink other than our meals. We have something to drink about 45 minutes after we eat it's just something we do. There is a new waitress named Epumeh "Hope i got that right" She doesn't know us obviously but i found her to be just so fantastic. She was so pleasant smiling although it was so late at night and just doing a great job. But what really did it for me was that she noticed we didn't order drinks when we started eating. Then a minute later here she comes with 2 glasses of water with ice in it and offers it to us. I was so impressed. I explained to her that we don't need it and why. Then asked her a few questions. She worked at another Nando's that had closed down and now works here. So it wasn't a case of the new broom sweeping clean. People like her are hard to find. What a great gal. PS. I am absolutely angry & embarrassed with my purchase at this branch - & I shall explain why. Angry : The pigeon we bought was absolutely small & dry. I also requested for extra sauce & was willing to pay for it but I was told there would be no extra cost. (picture attached is a single meal which I bought for myself since the whole chicken was for the rest of the family)
Embarrased : I wanted to treat my family to a nice lunch since they work hard & it's a cold day but this meal was disappointing. I will not buy Nandos again (I know which chicken restaurant I will stick with)

They have a drive threw which is new for nandos in these parts. There is a limited menu for the drive thru but you probably wont notice has a lot in it. You can still dine in.
