My first visit to Remos Fratelli and the food was good. But WOW..the service needs attention. I am not sure who was more embarrassed by the service, my nephew who invited me or myself. From the time we arrived our waitress seemed offish, but we were so excited seeing each other after a long time that we overlooked her discourteousness. The highlight of our outing was when we requested the bill. Our waitress literally threw the the little invoice on the table and walked away. She did not care to ask how payment will be made (Cash or Card). Assuming she had left to fetch a card machine we waited. Firstly you literally will lose weight waiting for your meal..i ordered the sea food pizza and for close to 200 bucks I would have expected a little more toppings.. For an Italian place you would expect top notch pizza but nothing it was literally horrible.. The Calamari and prawns had a couchy taste and very little cheese.. It has a lovely Cafe vibe complete with wicker chairs and Italian inspired decor. Only having time for milkshakes, we became a bit frustrated at how long it took to get them.
