Ordered the 557 and had the distinct pleasure of receiving food poisoning from this branch.
As someone from the food industry as well, I'm aware of how produce should be stored and handled and whatever these guys were doing, was not it.
Usually my order at any other branch is top notch but this time around I was severely disappointed. Their service and quality just shot way down from pervious times and I cannot say that they would make my recommendation list any time soon.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding an order I placed on Saturday, 12/10/2024. I ordered a 514 with chicken, and unfortunately, less than three hours after consuming it, I became extremely ill, experiencing symptoms of food poisoning.

I was told I can't order anything I wanted off the menu as it doesn't taste nice, I can only order certain items (only the popular ones). From a whole back to back menu I only 4 meal options and non of which I really enjoy ordering, but they wouldn't have put my order through if I didn't take what they pushed me to order. Absolutely disappointed in their customer service.
