Steers — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

If you're looking for fast food this is certainly not the place to get it from. Ordered a King Steer burger with medium chips. The order comes without the chips. I immediately call the restaurant and the lady says she will call back. I had to call back since my burger was now cold , only to be told that the burger was packed as per the cameras.

Manager proceeds to tell me that he will have a chat with his driver and let me know the outcome. He then cuts the call. Not bothered to tell me that they have sent another driver with a portion of chips.

I then call back to tell the manager that a driver has dropped off my chips. He then tells me no, that this is not my chips that I had first ordered. This was sent by the lady that I spoke to earlier on. Something that the manager could have told me whilst on the phone with him for the second time. But here I am having to call back a third time. This could have been handled alot better!

Yes the footage may have shown that the chips were packed but I most certainly would not call to waste my airtime and spoil my evening over a medium chips. I have no reason to lie.

Manager says he will speak to his driver. Honestly that doesn't help anyone. When you order a burger with chips, you expect to eat it together. Supper spoilt! Having to be calling this branch to rectify the problem. I am seriously done with this steers branch.

I am very disappointed with the service from Steers through Uber Eats. This morning, I ordered a meal that was supposed to come with a Coke, but it didn't. When I checked my slip, it clearly included the Coke, meaning I paid for it, but it never arrived.To make matters worse, I placed the same order again in the afternoon, and once again, the Coke was missing. Despite my slip showing the Coke, it was not delivered. This repeated mistake is frustrating and unacceptable. I am very unhappy with this service and hope Steers will address this...

Placed a take away order. Chips were half done. Sandwich looked terrible and fell apart when opened.wasnt toasted properly. Definitely wasn't the first time.
