I have extreme disappointment with the lack of organization and structure at the recent event held at Tigers Milk Pavillion. The disorganization from the very beginning completely ruined the atmosphere for the rest of the evening.
My friends and I arrived at Tigers Milk at 5:00 PM, even though the event was scheduled to start at 6:00 PM. This was based on the information I received when I called the Tigers Milk Pavillion branch on February 25, 2025, at 2:02 PM. I was redirected to the manager, whom I asked about the proceedings for the event, considering we had purchased Phase 3 tickets. The manager informed me that the seating was on a first-come, first-served basis, similar to a concert. I specifically inquired about reserving a table and was told that this was not possible.
However, upon arrival, we were told that, because we had not booked a table, we had to sit wherever space was available. This was extremely frustrating, especially as the doors only opened at 6:30 PM due to the staffās clear lack of coordination and preparation. Once inside, we found that every single table had been reserved, leaving absolutely no vacant seating.
To make matters worse, there was a long line of attendees who, like us, had called Tigers Milk and were also informed that table reservations were not allowed. We later discovered that there was, in fact, a WhatsApp number for reservationsāsomething the manager failed to mention during our call. Why were we not directed to this option when we inquired about seating?
Adding to the frustration, management then proceeded to seat certain guests at tables according to their preference, while the rest of us were left with no choice but to sit on the staircase areaāwhere we also had to eat. The manager I spoke to earlier in the day had promised to assist us with seating but never returned. In fact, he was nowhere to be found for the entire night until we eventually left the next morning.
The only positive aspect of the night was the weather, which fortunately held up. Had it rained, we would have been completely drenched. The lack of proper planning and poor management skills displayed at this event were unacceptable.
We purchased the most expensive tickets available, expecting quality service, but instead, we had one of the worst experiences imaginable. The level of disorganization and mismanagement was appalling. The management team needs to improve their event planning and customer service for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday being Mothers day, it was the worst day ever. My family had decided to take me out for lunch to your Pavilion branch restaurant. All 4 steaks were to be medium to well done. 2 steaks were done perfectly. 2 steaks was a bit on the rare side. After consuming quarter of the meal, we see the 2 was too red and was forced send my daughter's one back to be re-done. It came back and was still the same, just a bit warm. Did not want to make a scene, so I was forcing myself and eating my steak.. it got bad where I almost threw up, and that's when I asked to see the manager, his name is Jason. I Made him aware of what Temperature we wanted the steak (medium-well) and he also agreed that is was more on the medium side and offered me a free dessert. I was not there for a Freebie, i was there to have a mothers day meal/treat with my family. I was feeling too bilious to even think about anything going into my mouth. I also told him that the potatoes that they had used for the chips was of bad quality and tasted watery. His excuse for the chips was the technique they used was blanching the potatoes in water then frying. Well, I also use the same technique at my home, and it never tastes that way. He took my meal away, never came back to say anything. We asked the waiter, what's going on as my daughter's meal was also not done correctly despite being sent back to be re-done. The manager came back to say that, that is the way they prepare their steaks. When questioned about the 2 meals being prepared medium- well, 100% .. he had no response to that and yet 5 minutes prior to that he admitted that it was medium temperature and offered me a dessert. Please do address this with the manager, Jason. It seems as if he has no customer care training, he says one thing then contradicts himself by saying something else. Attitude is everything, especially as a manager at a food outlet. They did take both the meals away, I had to pay full price for them where as I could have taken it home to feed my dogs. I paid for 2 meals that went into the garbage, sad.. really. I will not be visiting another Tigers Milk Branch after this...
