Worst Service EVER received. Why do you have a call in option if the call centre does not submit the order? I phone in so I can stop, pay and go now I had to wait 40 mins and speak to a manager before I receive my order? My order was only started after I had to complain to the manager. And then they have a terrible attitude as well. The person that placed his order after I had already waited 10 mins at the store(this is 30 mins after I had placed my order) received their order before mine. If I wanted to stand and wait I would have placed the order in store!!! I will NEVER order from Debonairs ever again. You can thank your Debonairs Nelspruit...

We bought pizzas on the 13/12/21. 5 of which were triple deckers. The bottom filling was very patchy as was the cheese on top making the pizza dry and untasty. We took it back the next day as we live in Sabie and quite a drive into town. It was replaced. Please check your orders upon receiving it to save yourself the hassle and frustration of a company that obviously doesn't care about quality. We have ordered this same product from many other stores and not had a problem so please be aware that thus far it is ONLY CROSSINGS. Thank you for reading. Ordered pizza via the app. Paid for the order. Got confirmation that the order was placed. I waited all night and the order never arrived. There was no communication from the establishment to let me know that they were just not going to bother with my order. Worst part is this is the second time this has happened by the same place... fooled me...
