I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience my partner and I had at your restaurant, where we have been loyal customers for many years.
During our recent visit, we encountered an issue with our order due to miscommunication from both sides. I want to emphasize that I handled this situation with respect and simply requested that the incorrect order be swapped for the correct one. However, to our disappointment, the two employees we interacted with were rude and disrespectful.
What was particularly disheartening was hearing the employees speak about us in their own language, unaware that we understood what they were saying. Not only did they make negative remarks about us, but they also proceeded to speak rudely about us to another customer who came in after us.
This experience was genuinely disappointing, especially as we have always enjoyed your food and have never had issues with the service in the past. We had always felt welcomed and valued as customers until now, and it’s regrettable that this incident has affected our perception of your establishment.
