KFC Nelacres — Restaurant in Mbombela

I have been to this KFC at least 10 times. Out of those 10 visits, I’ve received decent service only once—if I’m being generous. After tonight’s experience, I will never go to this KFC again.

Tonight, we waited 50 minutes for a regular order (Streetwise Feast & Colonel Burger). Most restaurants serve you in less time than that. The excuse? They were waiting for the chicken. I mean, if a business has a product in its name, you’d assume they have it ready for customers.

And to top it all off—when the food finally arrived, the chicken was cold. So much for waiting for the chicken.

Suggestion: If you're in Nelspruit and craving KFC, drive to The Grove. They're always on time, always good quality. You could drive there and back home, and still finish your food before you'd even get your order from...

It’s not the first time buying food at West-acres and being given food that has a weird taste. We love KFC because of the quality food but if you guys make us food that tastes weird hhhayi.

My issue has been resolved, thank management for listening to our concerns.🙏 I stopped buying KFC from Westacres due to weird taste, I’d just order from the KFC located in town or I’d order with a different restaurant. However my mom bought KFC from Westacres and I was very worried because of the quality of food, I received last times( more than twice ) I ordered. I'm happy with the quality of food my mom brought home, the chicken tasted finger licken good. I won't have to order from town or drive to the Groove😌.

Another night and another terrible experience, what good is a managers number against a wall if he ignores messages, this kfc was always good but it has slowly gone down the toilet, the place is filthy! Half the staff dont use gloves, no one turns around to serve the customers, the drive thru is horribly slow, it took us the other night over 30 minutes to get through, only for the order to be wrong and no serviettes, tonight we waited for 26 minutes to receive an order that looked like as if someone threw it against a wall, scraped it off the wall, stomped it into the ground and then repackaged it as a box master, perfectly prepared for my starving pregnant wife, thanks to you and your staff for messing up a great kfc...
