Urban House — Restaurant in Mbombela

Beautiful atmosphere, which was ruined by the attitude of the waiter and the manager. Got here with my family for a light lunch and the waiter was quick to tell me where not to sit because I have a minor with. Yet the very same area that I was restricted from had 3 minors there with their parents having lunch. After the manager came to try and explain the sitting arrangement he left because he couldn't answer me as to why the other minors where allowed in the same area. We waited for 15min just to get menus and it was obvious that they were not willing to serve us. Got up and left because I was surely not going to force my hard earned money where it was not needed. Once again, a huge disappointment in terms of service at this place. For the second time, I arrived alone and they don't see me. I waited for no less than 10 minutes for someone to notice me, even though I'd been passed sitting without even a menu! I made eye contact with one of the waitresses and I thought surely after thus she'll come help me, NO. She continued waiting other tables and even stood at the bar for some time waiting for orders.
