Biryani Bowl Key West — Restaurant in Mogale City Local Municipality

Hello just wanted to give you feedback on our order last night. I am really sorry and very disappointed in the quality and quantity of the food we received for R260!!!!! The butter curry was awful - it was sour and the portions where so small. My husbands portion and FOUR cubes of chicken and mine had FIVE!!!! That is really unacceptable. The rice was dry and hard and badly cooked and wasn't even enough for one person let alone sharing between two adults! And imagine one naan bread to share for R260??? The naan bread was doughy and very oily - really not good. We are pensioners and pinch of money for one treat a month and then we have to get such an EXPENSIVE unappetizing meal!! I could have cooked better curry and feed 10 people for R260!!!! We are really very disappointed in the Biryani Bowl and will not be ordering...

FOR R 302 YOU WOULD EXPECT A GOOD TASTE FOR INDIAN FOOD, THE OWNER SUGGESTED A VOODALU SOMETHING LIKE THAT YEERRRR, WHAT AN DULL NO TASTE AT ALL, I ALMOST VOMITTED. THE CHICKEN WAS TASTELESS, THE LAMB WAS TERRIBLE, THE SAMOOSAS HAD NO O00MPH VERY DULL. THE EGG RISE EEEYYUUU, I WANTED TO VOMIT LITERARY. THE CHEF AS WELL AS THE MANAGER LOOKED AT ME WITH AMUSEMENT WHEN I TELL THEM FOOD IS TERRIBLE.. I WONT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE IN KEY WEST TO ANYONE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE PLACE WAS DESERTED MAYBE THATS WHY. THE FOOD LOOKS GOOD ON THE PICTURE THEY PUT NEXT TO THE DOOR. BUT WAIT UNTIL YOU TASTE VOODALU CARRY. I THOUGHT I HAD SPEND A GOOD SOME OF MONEY FOR GOOD INDIAN FOOD. FROM NOW ON I WILL ASK FOR A TASTE FIRST BEFORE I PAY. Service was fast, I now realise why… Received my order from MR D - A Rogan Josh with literally 3 pieces of Chicken and a watery blan sauce. Something tells me I paid approx. R170 for a bad quality frozen meal (soup) warmed up in a microwave. Absolutely no taste. I am appalled at how they could serve any one a meal like that and think it’s ok. I also had 2 samosas which were so dry and crisped that I couldn’t even finish a bite without worrying I may loose a filling. I am not a fussy eater at all & I eat pretty much anything and everything. You must know it’s bad then. I am still in shock, I have never had a worse meal. What on earth is going on in...
